This Fan Girl is ever connected to football; Men’s top of the table clashes, Women’s Champions League nights under the lights, non-league, grassroots and everything in between, referred to by Evening Standard as a “veteran” in football fan culture.

Our independently run consultancy and platform brings an authentic voice to football that’s trusted by fans and brands alike and recognised for fundamentally advancing women’s position in football.

Our network of fans, our community, and our platform supercharge our offering, allowing us to truly understand the needs of any brief, explore creative ideas that connect, and deliver it to the women’s football audience.

Using our 1,500+ Fan Network, we gather data, conduct focus groups and interviews, and lead workshops that reveal what fans actually think, want, and need, turning findings into actionable insights and advice.

02Talent Sourcing

Through a strong network of creatives and the most influential names and faces in the game, we connect brands with the right people, on and off the pitch. From footballers and creators to photographers and presenters, we source and engage with talent who authentically represent both the men’s and women’s game.

03Image Licensing

We offer access to our archive of over 1000 football images, the majority captured by women. Brands, publishers, and organisations can license editorial and commercial use of our photography to bring real representation and emotion into their visual storytelling.

In 2025, we broke our record and paid over £50,000 to female and non-binary
creatives for their work in football.

For far too long, established names, platforms, brands and individuals have treated creators’ pay like an afterthought. We’re commited to paying creators for all commercial work fairly and on time.
